Porters | Security | Ticket Agents | Wheel Operators | Loader / Un-loader

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Porter -  (Highly Visible Team Member that is responsible for maintaining superior standards of cleanliness throughout the venue)

Security -  (Responsible for initial "First Impression" contact with customers as well as screening customers and belongings for items that may be harmful to staff or guests)

Loader/UnLoader -  (Responsible for enthusiastically interacting with our customers and safely loading and unloading them from the attraction.)

Ticket Agent - (Highly motivated position requiring superb customer service skills.  Sells Tickets for admission. Accepts various forms of payments and makes change as needed.  Answers questions concerning pricing and gives information about the attraction.)

Concessions - (Highly motivated position requiring superb customer service skills. Sells concessions and various food items. Accepts various forms of payment and makes change as needed.)

Wheel Operator -  (Rewarding and Demanding position that requires applicants to have a basic knowledge of mechanical equipment.  Position requires climbing for inspection and maintenance to heights of 100 feet.)
