Porter
Our Porters are highly visible team members who maintain superior standards of cleanliness throughout the venue. This role is vital to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring that every part of SkyView Atlanta—from the gondola queue to the park grounds—looks its best.
Security
The Security team provides the important first impression for every guest. Team members are responsible for greeting visitors, screening belongings, and ensuring that all guests and staff enjoy a safe and comfortable experience. This position requires professionalism, attentiveness, and a calm, friendly demeanor.
Loader/Unloader
Loaders and Unloaders bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift. These team members interact directly with guests, helping them safely board and exit the gondolas. The role combines customer service with operational awareness to ensure a smooth, safe experience for every rider.
Ticket Agent
Ticket Agents are the first point of contact for many visitors and play a key role in setting the tone for their experience. This position requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as comfort handling transactions. Ticket Agents sell admission tickets, process card payments, and answer guest questions about pricing, ride details, and attraction information.
Wheel Operator
Wheel Operators hold one of the most rewarding and technically demanding SkyView Atlanta jobs. This role requires a basic knowledge of mechanical systems and a commitment to safety and precision. Operators perform inspections, monitor ride operations, and may climb up to 100 feet for maintenance and visual checks, ensuring the wheel runs smoothly every day.
